Consultation - Free

Therapy starts with a free 15 minute consultation. This gives us time to talk about what you want to get out of therapy, have your questions answered, and to see if I’m the right therapist for you and your needs.

Initial Therapy Intake - $188

The initial therapy intake session usually lasts for 60 minutes. We will talk about your therapy goals, discuss scheduling and payment, and make sure intake paperwork is completed.

Therapy- $173 per session

Therapy is recurring on a weekly or biweekly basis depending on where we are in the therapeutic process. Most sessions range from 55-60 minutes.
